ADMISSION

Admission into the college is made strictly on the basis of merit governed by the college admission rules. The decision of the principal regarding admission is final. The college reserves right to refuse admission without giving any reason.

The courses offered to the students in the institute are: Class IX, X, H.S. (Arts/Commerce/Science) and B.A., B. Com., B.A. (IDOL), M.A. (IDOL), M.Com. (IDOL)

Admission Rules:

(i)   Admission into the class IX will be held after the declaration of 'Class VIII result for which providing documents to be:-

(a)  Xerox copy of Birth Certificate

(b)  Xerox copy of VIII passed Mark sheet & Transfer Certificate

(c)   Three copies of Passport Size Photo is a must.

(ii)  Admission to the H.S. Course is held after the announcement of the H.S.L.C.  Examination results   and the T. D. C.  1st   semester Courses after the H.S.Final Examination results.

(iii) All admissions to the college are provisional and subject to the approval of AHSEC/G.U.

(iv) The College is   not   responsible if AHSEC/G.U.  does  not approve the  admission  of  the  student on grounds of  lack of migration Certificate,  eligibility certificate or furnishing  of false documents.

(v)  Following documents are required for admission.

(a)  Original Admit card and Mark sheet of the last examination passed.

(b)  In  case  of a  student  migrating  from  other  Board/University  the  eligibility certificate has to be produced from the Board/University as the case may be.

(c)   Pass certificate from the Headmaster/Principal of the institute last attended.

(d)  Caste certificate from the competent authority where necessary.

(e)  Three copies of recent passport size photographs.

(f)   Any other certificates from appropriate authority regarding games and sports, extra curricular activities, economic backward etc.

(g)  Students passing the qualifying examination earlier than the current   year will have to submit a gap certificate from any of the following, whichever is applicable.

(i)   The head of the institution last attended.

(ii)  Officer in-charge of the nearest police station.

(iii) Govt.  Gazetted officer testifying his/her activities during the interim period.

(iv) Medical certificate from the govt. medical officer on genuine medical grounds.

N. B.:  There is a compulsory subject called Environmental Studies for all the streams                      for H.S. First year students only.

N. B:   

(a)  Students of Science Stream should pay Rs. 2000/- as laboratory fees at the time of admission.

(b) B. A. & B. Com.  Students selected   for Major Courses will have to pay an additional amount of Rs. 500/- at the time of admission.

(c) The Registration fees, Migration fees (where applicable) and Enrollment fees shall be payable immediately after admission as per rules A.H.S.E.S./G.U.

(d) H.S. final year students need not pay the registration fees.

(e) Admission fees once paid shall not be refunded.

(f) No transfer certificate will be issued without clearing the tuition fees/dues for current session.

(g) Students must pay tuition fee for the complete session even though gets late admission in particular case.

(i) At the time of filling the final examination form, every student must pay the fees for the following heads.

                        (1)  Fees for the Exam. Head in the college for continuous evaluation.

                     (2)  Centre fees.

                     (3)  Miscellaneous.
