AWARDS AND SCHOLARSHIPS

We feel privileged to proclaim here a few prestigious awards taking different activities and performances of students into consideration.

(i) Students acquiring Rank in HSLC or its equivalent examination shall be provided free admission, tuition fees, book etc. during admission into H.S. 1st year.

(ii) Free admission for students securing 80% and above in HSLC or its equivalent examination.

(iii) Noted freedom fighter Sarat Ch. Sarma memorial scholarship of Rs. 2000 is awarded to the best student of the year in the HS level.

(iv) Eminent Sr. Scientist Dr. Abdus Saleque’s cash prize of Rs. 2000 is awarded to the student securitng the highest total marks in H.S. 1st and 2nd years (Arts Stream).

(v) Noted social activist Asgar Ali’s cash award for the student’s having highest attendance in H.S.1st and H.S. 2nd year respectively.

(vi) Nurul Hussain memorial Scholarship is awarded to the student securing the highest total marks (minimum 60%) in the H.S. 1st and 2nd years examination (Comm./Science).

(vii) Noted social activist and eminent teacher Marina Sultana Ahmed memorial scholarship of Rs. 2,000/- is awarded to the best student of Degree level. (B.A/B.Com)

(viii) Special package for students belonging to BPL families.

(ix) Students securing more than 80% marks in the unit test shall be exempted from paying one month’s tuition fees (Conditions apply).

(x) Students securing 75% marks and above in both 1st year and 2nd year in H.S. shall receive a cash prize of Rs. 5,000/-.
